Senior Manager, AI Strategy & Transformation (Visa Consulting and Analytics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid work with at least 3 set office days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: zł259,000–zł425,500, potentially including sales incentive payments. Additional bonus and equity may be available.

What you will do

• Originate and close AI consulting engagements by identifying client needs, defining business value, and developing proposals.
• Lead end-to-end AI engagements from strategy and use-case design through PoCs, MVPs, implementation, and scaling.
• Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, commercial performance, risk management, timelines, and agreed outcomes.
• Translate business needs into viable AI solutions and implementation plans aligned with client objectives and expected business value.
• Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders across business, technology, data, operations, risk, and transformation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, hirify.global experts, AI specialists, technology teams, software houses, and external partners while developing reusable AI methodologies and capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience delivering AI strategy, transformation, PoC/MVP, or implementation projects, preferably in banking.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, agentic workflows, model orchestration, and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, data architecture, model evaluation, security, and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working with AI vendors, software houses, and technology partners.
• Experience developing AI consulting offerings, delivery methodologies, and organizational capabilities.
• Curiosity about AI and commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, tools, and market developments.

• Experience delivering AI engagements in banking.
