Client Advisor (Commercial Insurance)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Harrogate or Skipton office, United Kingdom; at least three days per week in the office or working onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Manage your own commercial insurance portfolio and deliver high-quality client service.
• Own the full renewal process, including strategy meetings, data analysis, quotation requests, reporting, and finalising placements.
• Work with Client Executives, brokers, clients, and insurers on placement strategy and renewal requirements.
• Prepare market presentations and slips in consultation with the Client Executive and Market Placement Team.
• Collate and negotiate terms, cover, and premiums with incumbent and prospective insurers.
• Support best-practice, market-leading service and solutions across the client service function.

Requirements

• Proven account-handling experience with mid-market to large commercial accounts.
• Drive to continually improve service to clients.
• Passion for supporting the working lives, skills, and success of colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues and challenges simultaneously.
• Full competence in Microsoft Office products.
