Warehouse Operations Coordinator

Location: hirify.global US HQ Campus, National Hwy, Pennsauken, New Jersey, United States

Annual compensation: $48,000–$70,000, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Support SAP item creation and revision for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, packaging, resale products, and non-core items.
• Answer SAP user questions, generate reports, and complete shipping and receiving transactions.
• Support traceability, product recovery, and compliance activities, including maintaining Kosher certification records.
• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of MasterControl, including subsystem administrator responsibilities when needed.
• Train warehouse team members and provide guidance on daily warehouse operations.
• Back up the Warehouse Supervisor and support continuity of operations and leadership activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; food industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office; SAP Material Master or Product Lifecycle Management experience is a plus.
• Experience with systems such as Redzone is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate leadership skills; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs is required.
