Warehouse Shipping Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Candidates must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global.

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and support on-time order delivery.
• Maintain complete and accurate shipping and order data in the ERP system.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, Incoterms, and export-related information.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, procurement, planning, and customer service.
• Check incoming goods for storage and participate in regular inventory control.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers and support efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience; alternatively, an associate degree with at least 4 years of experience or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience.
• Experience in shipping, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international shipping, export documentation, and customs compliance.
• Practical experience with Incoterms and global transportation practices.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, especially shipping and order execution transactions.
• Existing US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global is required.
