Data Management Expert

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with regular coordination of office and home-workhirify.global days.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of information use cases for reporthirify.global and analytics.
• Define data models and information mapphirify.globals from operational systems to support development teams.
• Contribute to the functional data architecture and Data Management Framework, includhirify.global metadata, glossary, data quality, and governance.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into technical data platform requirements.
• Define ready and done criteria and acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Drive data management capabilities, change initiatives, and collaboration across squads and Centres of Expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with Data Lake and Data Warehoushirify.global platforms, Data Mart modelhirify.global, ETL processes, reporthirify.global, performance improvement, and data quality monitorhirify.global.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with reporthirify.global tools such as MicroStrategy, IBM Cognos, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Data Fabric, Data Mesh, and Data Virtualization trends.
• Agile experience and advanced English communication skills.
