Location: 100% remote from Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do

• Configure Jira and Jira Service Management environments.
• Design and implement complex JSM solutions.
• Engineer and manage project requirements.
• Coordinate project activities and communicate with stakeholders.
• Take on operational lead responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong multi-year experience with Jira configuration and Jira Service Management.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex JSM solutions.
• Experience in requirements engineering, requirements management, project management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience taking on an operational lead role.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken.
