Sr. Implementation Engineer (MANTL)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead complex implementations by configuring, customizing, and validating digital banking products and third-party integrations.
• Analyze advanced technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and adapt implementation approaches to client and operational requirements.
• Coordinate technical deliverables with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
• Design validation and testing activities, troubleshoot integration behavior, and confirm platform functionality before production deployment.
• Create implementation documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting procedures, technical runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Support post-go-live stabilization, process improvements, platform enhancement initiatives, and mentorship of less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience leading software implementations, technical consulting engagements, systems integrations, or complex client onboarding initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced experience configuring and implementing SaaS platforms or digital banking solutions.
• Proficiency with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript, plus experience with relational databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, API, system integration, documentation, and technical project management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology implementations.
• Knowledge of scripting, technical automation, agile delivery, or software development lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, mentoring junior technical team members, or improving implementation scalability.
