Director, GTM Strategy & Planning (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; based in New York and working in the office. A remote position is also listed for the United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and authorized to start on the first day.

Base salary range: $184,000–$265,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and scale go-to-market strategy, revenue planning, and related operational infrastructure.
• Coach and develop a small team while setting objectives and direction.
• Lead annual and long-range planning across markets, geographies, products, capacity, headcount, segmentation, and quotas.
• Translate company targets into bottoms-up plans aligned with Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Build financial models for product-led growth and existing ARR motions, moving them from spreadsheets into Databricks.
• Guide territory design, compensation, pricing, monetization, forecasting, and scenario modeling in partnership with cross-functional leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy and planning, management consulting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with annual planning, territory design, quota planning, or capacity planning.
• Experience in a high-growth, scaled company, ideally with global scope.
• Comfort with data modeling and BI tools including Tableau, Looker, and Databricks, as well as Salesforce.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex analysis to senior leaders and influence decisions.
