What you will do
- Build and lead a centralized User Acquisition department across multiple products.
- Own group-wide UA strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Implement AI-first and automation-driven workflows to improve testing capacity and decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of cross-platform UA Managers.
- Optimize large-scale paid media budgets focusing on CAC, ROAS, and long-term profitability.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to align UA strategy with commercial goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing UA at scale.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar monthly paid media budgets.
- Experience managing and developing teams of 5–7+ UA professionals.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
- Fluency with analytical tools including Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.
