What you will do

• Plan and manage global paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
• Optimize multi-million dollar budgets to meet strict CAC and ROAS targets.
• Develop performance-driven messaging strategies in partnership with creative and brand teams.
• Build and execute testing frameworks including A/B, creative, audience, and bid tests.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to improve acquisition-to-retention performance.
• Manage relationships with affiliate marketing agencies and ad platform partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in paid acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Proficiency with MMPs like AppsFlyer and data analytics tools like Amplitude.
• Technical expertise in setting up conversion tracking and running lift tests.
• Strong analytical skills with a blend of creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ASO and Web2App marketing campaigns.
• Background in subscription-based business models.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing.
