Business Analyst - Business Management

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $26.00–$33.66 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 5% each.

What you will do

• Gather and document requirements for new processes, enhancements, and system updates.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify practical improvement opportunities.
• Maintain current process documentation, workflows, templates, and supporting resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process changes and align solutions with business needs.
• Prepare reporting, meeting content, and materials for recurring business communications and leadership reviews.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of process and system changes.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 1–2 years of relevant business support, coordination, or related experience.
• Foundational understanding of business operations, documentation, and process support.
• Strong analytical thinking, judgment, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to pass credit, criminal background, drug, and federal employment eligibility checks.

• Experience with process mapping and data analysis tools.
