What you will do

• Support the product roadmap and lead the development of new features.
• Translate market, industry, and customer requirements into product features, functions, and use cases.
• Own roadmap feature development and apply product management methods to prioritization and solution design.
• Lead product discovery to improve development predictability and return on investment.
• Ensure the product is robust, well-supported, and ready for launch.
• Coordinate documentation, presentations, product marketing, and product sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Experience with patient support programs, patient engagement solutions, or healthcare service platforms is required.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare market is highly preferred.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and engineering teams.
