Senior Solutions Engineer (Warehouse Automation)

Location: Remote, but must be based in the United States; Suwanee, Georgia / Atlanta; travel 30–40% as required.

What you will do

• Align customer operations and business needs with automation and software solutions.
• Lead site visits, discovery workshops, customer presentations, and pre-sales solutioning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solution Design, Delivery, Customer Success, hardware, software, and product development teams.
• Prepare data analyses, AutoCAD layouts, solution models, bills of materials, and proposal materials.
• Develop simulation models, engineered labor standards, productivity targets, business cases, and ROI models.
• Provide market feedback to Product Management and R&D and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in solution design, supply chain consulting, 3PL, industrial engineering, material handling, or warehouse automation.
• Strong data analysis, visualization, communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience optimizing warehouse operations and labor standards using MOST methodology.
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and familiarity with warehouse storage and material handling systems.
• Must be U.S.-based and willing to travel 30–40%.

Nice to have

• Industrial Engineering degree; Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with warehouse automation or mechanized fulfillment solutions.
• Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD and warehouse simulation tools.
• Experience working with 3PL providers.
