Senior Solution Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Suwanee, Georgia, United States; onsite or remote, with travel to customer sites and project locations.

What you will do

• Assess warehouses and supply chains to identify automation opportunities.
• Design complex end-to-end automation solutions using hirify.global AMR technology for large-scale environments.
• Coordinate robot-driven solutions with external contractors and subcontractors involved in broader logistics operations.
• Lead solution validation, testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
• Advise clients, prepare executive presentations and technical proposals, and develop automation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with software engineers, implementation teams, and product managers on solution improvements, best practices, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehousing automation, logistics, robotics, or supply chain operations.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layout design.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, robotics, and material handling systems.
• Experience leading automation projects and delivering ROI-driven solutions, with strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and project locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with WMS, WES, or WCS integration.
• Mandarin proficiency.
