Solution Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Suwanee, Georgia, United States; onsite or remote. Travel to client or project sites is required as needed.

What you will do

• Consult with clients to understand warehousing requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives.
• Design, customize, and propose AMR-based automation solutions aligned with client needs, budgets, and industry practices.
• Present proposed solutions, benefits, ROI, and project timelines to clients and partners.
• Coordinate solution designs with general contractors, subcontractors, WMS/WES software engineers, and robotic implementation engineers.
• Create solution architecture, diagrams, system specifications, technical documentation, and reports.
• Develop automation roadmaps based on customer growth and business transformation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layouts.
• Experience in warehouse automation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and systems, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and independent-work skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• Experience integrating mainstream WMS, WES, or WCS platforms.
• Chinese or Mandarin proficiency.
