Solution Engineer (Portuguese Bilingual)

Location: Santiago, Santiago, Chile — onsite or remote.

What you will do

• Consult with clients to understand warehousing requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives.
• Design, customize, and propose AMR-based automation solutions aligned with client needs, budgets, and industry practices.
• Present solution benefits, ROI, project timelines, and technical approaches to clients and partners.
• Coordinate solution design with general contractors, subcontractors, WMS/WES software engineers, and robotic implementation engineers.
• Create solution architecture documents, diagrams, system specifications, and technical reports.
• Develop automation roadmaps based on customer growth and transformation plans.

Requirements

• Portuguese and English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D layouts required.
• Professional experience in warehousing automation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client or project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Spanish proficiency.
• Project management experience.
• Experience integrating mainstream WMS, WES, or WCS platforms.
