Warehouse Supervisor

Location: On-site at the facility in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, USA

Salary: $68,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations covering material handling, receiving, work-in-process, and finished-goods shipping.
• Ensure transactional accuracy, weekly inventory reporting, and timely freight claim processing.
• Reinforce safety, environmental compliance, housekeeping, and waste-removal standards.
• Lead daily meetings and build a collaborative, customer-focused culture across a team of 9–12 direct reports.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop employees while managing staffing schedules and cross-training.
• Drive site improvement plans and continuous improvement activities using Enterprise Lean Sigma to reduce waste and improve quality and operational performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or material planning.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising others.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and management levels.
• Results-oriented approach, customer focus, ownership, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Suite and business systems such as TMS, MFGpro, CLS, MES, or Fastrack.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with process documentation and continuous improvement.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
