Sourcing Specialist I (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support sourcing activities across assigned categories, including RFQ preparation and vendor communication.
• Organize supplier responses, maintain comparison matrices, and prepare award recommendations.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
• Conduct market research, spend analytics, and supplier benchmarking.
• Coordinate purchase order creation with the purchasing team.
• Track supplier performance and assist with sourcing analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Current full-time work authorization is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
