Planning & Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels to balance cost and service objectives.
• Manage purchase orders, procurement execution, replenishment strategies, and product availability.
• Support S&OP processes and product lifecycle planning across the supply chain.
• Prepare reporting and analytics that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using planning systems and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, procurement, supply chain analytics, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies, inventory planning, procurement processes, MRP/ERP systems, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Infor M3, or similar ERP/MRP platforms, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while converting data into business recommendations.

Nice to have

• APICS/CPIM or another supply chain certification.
• Experience in consumer goods, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, or seasonal product environments.
• Knowledge of apparel seasonality.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms.
