Salesforce CRM Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Develop custom business logic with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and integration platforms.
• Implement Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation.
• Develop maintainable user interfaces and automation while respecting Salesforce platform limits.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce solutions and collaborate on data model and sharing requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.
• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience; 6+ years preferred for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, platform limits, Salesforce data models, and sharing.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, Flow, Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud development.
