Supply Chain Program Manager (AI)

Salary: $164,000–$218,700 annually

What you will do

• Own integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, governance, and steering committee cadence across a portfolio of complex supply chain programs.
• Lead product ramps, technology transitions, supplier-readiness initiatives, and business process transformations across logistics, procurement, planning, operations, and related functions.
• Build consensus across Legal, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Finance, IT, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning, and suppliers without direct line authority.
• Frame executive decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and provide concise, candid status reporting supported by data and dashboards.
• Lead testing, data migration validation, cutover, training, adoption measurement, and sustainment of new processes and systems.
• Capture post-program lessons and convert them into improved standards, templates, gates, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management, including product ramps, technology transitions, or supplier readiness in high-tech, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives with measurable results and organizational change management.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI, generative AI tools, automation, program analytics, and dashboarding.
• Experience leading and developing Program Managers or cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and framing executive decisions without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of supplier capacity, qualification, engineering change, and end-of-life management.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, PMP, PgMP, or ASCM/APICS certification.
• Experience with data storage or hard disk drive supply chains, control towers, digital twins, supplier risk platforms, or Asia-based supplier networks.
• Experience delivering AI and machine learning use cases such as predictive supplier risk, demand sensing, or generative AI assistants.
• Experience establishing or maturing a Program Management Office, leading scenario planning, or running business continuity programs.
• Change management certification such as Prosci, or experience leading large-scale adoption programs.
