What you will do

• Lead architecture for medium- to large-scale platform initiatives with a focus on testability, observability, and resilience.
• Define quality assurance strategy, technical roadmaps, standards, metrics, and controls.
• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade automated test frameworks.
• Analyze product source code and perform deep system-level troubleshooting of software and hardware defects.
• Collaborate with Product, Software Engineering, and Hardware teams to drive quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and present quality metrics, risks, and technical recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with at least 10 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with 8 years of experience or a PhD with 5 years of experience.
• Progressive experience in software development and software or hardware quality assurance engineering.
• Extensive experience developing test frameworks and applying software and hardware QA methodologies.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Advanced programming and source-code analysis skills using Python, Go, Java, or C++.
