QA Automation Engineer (AI)

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain test plans covering functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, regression, security, and user acceptance testing.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for web applications, REST APIs, Databricks environments, and integrated workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, document findings, validate remediation, and support release approval decisions.
• Design and execute load and performance testing with tools such as Locust, identifying system bottlenecks under concurrent usage.
• Validate role-based access controls, security requirements, governance controls, and data access restrictions.
• Track defects, produce quality metrics and release recommendations, and collaborate with engineers, TPMs, product owners, and customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing and software quality assurance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective test cases.
• Experience identifying and documenting software defects clearly and concisely.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Python-based testing tools, and Locust.
• Experience building automated test frameworks, regression suites, and testing pipelines.
• Experience testing web applications, REST APIs, distributed systems, secure cloud environments, AWS GovCloud, and IL5 environments.
• Familiarity with Databricks, ETL pipelines, Delta Lake, AI/ML-enabled platforms, React, RBAC, and data governance controls.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, production releases, and formal release readiness activities.
