Air Export Night Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: 795 Jubilee Dr, Peabody, MA 01960, USA; onsite warehouse role with forklift and facility-based duties.

Salary: USD 60,000–75,000 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, onboard, and develop permanent and contingent warehouse staff.
• Allocate workloads, manage staffing and certifications, and ensure operational coverage during demand peaks and absences.
• Execute warehouse procedures, operational standards, safety requirements, security controls, and compliance processes.
• Oversee inventory, over/short/damage, process, and customer exceptions while supporting new-customer transitions.
• Maintain equipment and facility standards and provide input on staffing, overtime, procurement, maintenance, and repair budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer service.

Requirements

• Four years of industry-specific knowledge.
• Experience with inventory management and proven leadership.
• Effective interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative, autonomy, openness to feedback, and the ability to prioritize reliably.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fluent English required.
