Field Services Manager (Calibration)

Location: Marietta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with work from the Marietta corporate office four out of five days per week. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

What you will do

• Manage the daily activities and performance of calibration field service technicians.
• Schedule training, assign technicians to jobs, and coordinate customer appointments with the scheduling coordinator.
• Handle customer needs, complaints, and concerns related to onsite appointments.
• Complete out-of-tolerance reports and investigations while maintaining the Cap-X list and budget.
• Manage field service equipment in collaboration with the Tool Room Coordinator.
• Update calibration procedures, data templates, uncertainties, and quality documentation with metrology and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of calibration experience and familiarity with ISO 17025 requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel.
• Strong organization, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 or more hours per week, including overtime as needed, and lift 60 pounds throughout the workday.
• U.S. Person status is required; a clean driving record, background check, and drug screen are also required.
