Quality Manager (Semiconductor Construction)

What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive construction quality management plans and third-party resource plans.
• Review and approve quality assurance and project execution plans from design-builders, construction managers, and trade contractors.
• Monitor on-site construction, inspections, non-conformance reporting, quality metrics, and compliance with drawings, codes, specifications, and hirify.global standards.
• Oversee third-party inspection firms across geotechnical, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines.
• Manage resource forecasts, budgets, billing, timecards, scope changes, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Lead quality incident analysis, contractor assessments, issue mitigation, and best-practice standardization across virtual factory teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 3 years with a master's degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in construction management, construction quality assurance, quality control, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with project management, leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict management, and coordination of multiple firms.
• Ability to work on site and collaborate with hirify.global teams, contractors, design-builders, construction managers, and trade partners.

• Experience with construction testing and standards.
• Process, mechanical, and civil testing experience.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• BIM360 experience.
