Partnerships Manager (EMEA)

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead partner enablement and delivery readiness across EMEA, MENA, and APAC.
• Execute training plans, monthly enablement sessions, certification activities, and partner capability milestones.
• Support partners in building Centres of Excellence and progressing toward delivery self-sufficiency.
• Own day-to-day partner relationships and coordinate with Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product.
• Manage delivery escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare executive-ready updates on partner performance, risks, and strategic progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years working with the hirify.global Platform or another GRC platform.
• Experience working with partners in an enterprise software ecosystem, including training, webinars, advisory work, and escalations.
• Experience advising on complex enterprise software implementations and working across multifaceted delivery teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously, manage ambiguity, make independent decisions, and present to senior audiences.
