Solution Consultant (Portuguese Bilingual, Robotics)

Location: United States, Santiago, Chile, or São Paulo, Brazil. Requires travel to client or project sites as needed.

What you will do

• Consult with clients to understand warehousing requirements, operational challenges, and business objectives.
• Design, customize, and propose AMR-based automation solutions within budget and industry constraints.
• Prepare client presentations covering solution benefits, ROI, and project timelines.
• Coordinate solution designs with general contractors, subcontractors, WMS/WES software engineers, and robotic implementation engineers.
• Create technical documentation, solution architectures, diagrams, and system specifications.
• Develop automation roadmaps based on customer growth and transformation plans.

Requirements

• Portuguese and English bilingual proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• AutoCAD 2D layout proficiency required.
• Experience in warehouse automation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client or project sites as needed.

Nice to have

• Spanish proficiency.
• Project management experience.
• Experience integrating mainstream WMS, WES, or WCS platforms.
