What you will do

• Manage large-scale projects and processes involving systems, assets, operational plans, budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
• Advise internal teams and clients on business practices, market strategies, technologies, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders during assessment, planning, installation, and systems improvement initiatives.
• Develop research-based insights, methodologies, and strategies that support departmental goals and operational performance.
• Lead teams and initiatives, delegate and review deliverables, and coach lower-level professionals.
• Drive strategic communication and change management activities while resolving complex and undefined operational problems.

Requirements

• Strong foundation of professional knowledge in systems, consulting, project, or process management.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience applying analysis and sound judgment to challenging problems with departmental or specialty impact.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients or vendors.
