What you will do

• Manage large-scale projects and processes, including timelines, budgets, fees, resources, and outcomes.
• Advise internal teams and clients on business practices, market strategies, technologies, and customized solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders during the assessment, planning, installation, and improvement of systems and assets.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop actionable strategies, operational plans, budgets, and departmental goals.
• Lead teams and initiatives, coach lower-level professionals, and review, delegate, correct, and approve deliverables.
• Drive strategic communication, change management, and process improvements across departments.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in systems, consulting, project, and process management.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to solve semi-complex and undefined problems using analysis and sound judgment.
• Ability to work autonomously and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and other external partners.
