Jr Implementation Specialist (RFMS)

Location: Sao Paulo, Vila Olímpia, Brazil (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Deliver virtual and onsite training sessions to support customer implementation and adoption of the RFMS business management system.
• Develop tailored training agendas, workshops, webinars, demonstrations, manuals, reference guides, and tutorials.
• Assess customer workflows and align them with RFMS processes and best practices.
• Execute implementation plans, track milestones and deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, product issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide guidance throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in software training, implementation, or business process consulting.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English at C1 level is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP systems or business management software.
