What you will do
- Assess client business practices, market strategies, and technologies to identify efficiency gaps.
- Research and analyze complex technical and business issues to support client needs and improve systems and processes.
- Manage client relationships, project timelines, budgets, consultant allocation, and project outcomes.
- Design and implement systems and processes that improve operational performance and address complex problems.
- Integrate organizational change management and strategic communications activities into project delivery.
- Coach less experienced professionals and review their work for quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Moderate experience in a related field.
- Advanced education or specialized knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and apply analysis and judgment to complex decisions.
- Experience communicating with external contacts, including customers and vendors.
- Ability to work at the Brazil-based location.
