Technology ServiceNow Administrator (ServiceNow)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence

Annual salary: $103,000–$135,000; senior-level candidates may be eligible for a higher range.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and secure the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, Employee Center, Workspaces, Platform Analytics, AI capabilities, and related services.
• Configure forms, catalogs, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and knowledge management capabilities.
• Support ITSM and ITOM processes, including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.
• Manage integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, IntegrationHub, and web services.
• Coordinate upgrades, releases, cloning, patching, testing, deployments, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Facilitate Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, release planning, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering, configuring, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments; senior-level consideration is available with 6+ years and demonstrated senior experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SecOps, Employee Center, Workspaces, AI capabilities, ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow administration, configuration, JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Flow Designer, and workflow automation.
• Experience with platform security, access management, performance monitoring, release management, data imports, relational databases, ServiceNow tables, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Ability to work extended or weekend hours and travel when required; proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS, or ITIL certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, Service Portal, asset lifecycle automation, UAT, production deployments, hybrid cloud environments, or law firms.
