Senior Consultant (ServiceNow)

Location: US - National. Work is primarily remote, with onsite work and occasional travel based on project or client needs.

hirify.global is expanding its ServiceNow consulting practice to deliver platform solutions and client outcomes across multiple industries.

What you will do

• Evaluate business processes, workflows, and system configurations, then recommend and implement ServiceNow best-practice solutions.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure, implement, test, support, and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalogs, reports, dashboards, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, support testing, and resolve defects across unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, end users, and leadership through documentation, status meetings, knowledge transfer, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• Experience supporting, implementing, or configuring ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, HCLS, or Workplace Service Delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, workflows, best practices, requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and support varying schedules, including possible after-hours or on-call work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or other ServiceNow certifications.
