Gift Card Operations Analyst (Gift Cards)

Location: Hybrid onsite, 3 days per week in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $98,400–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end gift card production, including quoting, approvals, testing, launch, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Manage franchisee onboarding and settlement support, including banking updates, account setup, payment discrepancies, and issue resolution.
• Maintain vendor dashboard merchandising for seasonal campaigns, holidays, and key gifting periods.
• Manage internal B2B gift card setups, user access, payment confirmation, and order activation and release.
• Coordinate creative briefs, stakeholder reviews, asset approvals, and campaign launch readiness.
• Act as a Tier 3 escalation point, maintain operational documentation, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting gift card operations and program management.
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California, three days per week under the hybrid schedule.
