Europe Manager, Enterprise Lean and Operational Excellence (Hybrid)

Location: Lampertheim, Germany; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: €110,000–€130,000 gross per year plus yearly bonus

What you will do

• Lead the deployment of the Enterprise Lean Six Sigma strategy across European operations.
• Build and manage a regional continuous improvement roadmap covering kaizen events, value-stream transformations, and capability-building initiatives.
• Deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and develop continuous improvement practitioners and build internal Lean Six Sigma capabilities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and regional leaders to embed continuous improvement into daily management and long-term planning.
• Conduct operational assessments, benchmark performance, prioritize opportunities, and share best practices through the global Enterprise Lean Six Sigma network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or a related environment.
• Experience leading site-level or multi-site continuous improvement transformations in multinational and cross-cultural environments.
• Lean and Six Sigma certification; master-level certification or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data-driven decision-making, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to lead organizational change, coach senior leaders, influence matrixed organizations, and deliver results without direct authority.
