Salary: $139,455–$188,676 per year

What you will do

• Lead engineering teams and manage direct and indirect staff while building a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Review solution designs and architecture, participate in system design discussions, and guide execution.
• Partner with Product Managers to define product initiatives, roadmaps, objectives, and technology strategies.
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, observability, monitoring, and alerting.
• Support production incident resolution, product maintenance, lifecycle processes, and operational improvements.
• Coach engineers, support career development, recruit talent, and manage consulting and technology vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, another technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible Information Technology experience, including 5+ years in an IT discipline.
• 3+ years of leadership experience and 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in an IT functional area.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary, high-performance teams and multiple or large projects.
• Experience developing solutions to complex business problems and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to make sound decisions with limited information and formulate, implement, and evaluate customer relationship and demand management plans.

• MBA.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Experience in IT planning, business relationship management, matrix management, or product development and management.
