Senior Product Manager (AI/Fraud)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, with in-office work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 base pay per year

hirify.global is a Series A fintech startup building an AI-native platform for disputes automation and fraud prevention for financial institutions.

What you will do

• Define and maintain a product roadmap with measurable objectives aligned with business and customer needs.
• Develop, validate, and prioritize features and experiences with engineering, marketing, revenue, design, and other stakeholders.
• Own roadmap execution and drive product outcomes while balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
• Conduct user interviews, usability studies, quantitative analysis, and analytics to understand customer needs.
• Design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate on product solutions.
• Advocate for product vision, trade-offs, and priorities across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with SaaS, marketplace, or consumer- or enterprise-facing products.
• Ability to define success criteria, track outcomes, and iterate based on data and learnings.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders and articulating product vision, requirements, trade-offs, and strategy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple initiatives and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

• Familiarity with fraud systems, payment infrastructure, or chargeback processes.
