Deployments Program Manager (NeoCloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead customer deployment programs from kickoff through production launch and operational handoff.
• Create deployment plans, milestones, dependency maps, risk registers, readiness reviews, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate GPU cluster deployments, network turn-ups, rack integrations, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and validation.
• Act as the primary deployment contact for customers, managing expectations, escalations, timelines, and risks.
• Build repeatable deployment methodologies, KPIs, reporting frameworks, playbooks, tooling, and governance.
• Coordinate Infrastructure Engineering, Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, Customer Success, Technical Support, Capacity Planning, Vendor Management, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management, deployment management, technical project management, or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure, cloud, networking, or data center deployments.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders while managing competing priorities in fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience building deployment processes and operational frameworks from the ground up.

Nice to have

• Experience with a NeoCloud, GPU cloud provider, hyperscaler, colocation provider, or AI infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU environments and AI infrastructure deployments.
• Knowledge of high-performance networking, storage infrastructure, Kubernetes, bare metal provisioning, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise or hyperscale infrastructure customers.
