Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States - Remote; Denver, CO employees are expected to work on-site 3 days per week in a hybrid arrangement. The role is ideally based on the West Coast.

Base pay: $220,000–$250,000 annually, plus stock options and variable bonuses.

What you will do

• Own the Unify Release Orchestration roadmap from strategy and prioritization through specification, launch, and iteration.
• Develop AI-native, developer-facing capabilities for coordinating multi-service and multi-environment releases.
• Partner with engineering on release processes, deployment models, API design, and integrations with existing developer tools.
• Lead 0-to-1 product initiatives by identifying opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and shipping products.
• Improve developer experience through clean primitives, documentation, fast time-to-value, and predictable production behavior.
• Engage with customers and represent product strategy to executives, enterprise customers, prospects, and the developer community.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building developer-facing products and 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale.
• Experience shipping continuous delivery, deployment, or release management products in a B2B SaaS environment for enterprise developers, platform teams, or DevSecOps buyers.
• Experience with application release management, deployment automation, and governance.
• Technical fluency in AI-native products, API design, inference cost, and developer workflows involving Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, Kubernetes, or ArgoCD.
• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them to meaningful adoption and revenue.
• Strong written communication, executive presence, customer focus, and ability to operate with ambiguity.
