Sr. Data Scientist, Rental - Google Analytics

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year

What you will do

• Analyze GA4 behavioral and clickstream data to define, track, and improve core site metrics.
• Evaluate conversion funnels and digital customer journeys to identify opportunities for stronger engagement and lead generation.
• Estimate lead value and apply attribution modeling and causal inference to optimize digital investments.
• Develop the Rental BI and analytics roadmap with senior leadership, product owners, and the Rental and Used Strategy team.
• Gather business requirements, define KPIs and metrics, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Support data-driven product development, dealer operations, Rental revenue growth, and product utilization.

Requirements

• Typically, a bachelor's or higher degree in data science, analytics, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in quantitative analysis or data management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics GA4, BigQuery, Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience with Python analytics libraries including NumPy, SciPy, and pandas.
• Advanced statistical analysis experience, including regression, hypothesis testing, and ANOVA.
• Experience with machine learning techniques, data visualization, requirements analysis, and data storytelling.
