What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data products, business applications, automation tools, dashboards, and decision-support platforms.
• Build generative AI and LLM solutions, including RAG applications, intelligent document generation, information extraction, and workflow copilots.
• Develop data pipelines, APIs, integrations, backend services, ETL/ELT workflows, and data quality monitoring solutions.
• Integrate data across clinical operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and enterprise operational systems.
• Develop user-facing applications with Streamlit, Dash, React, and modern visualization frameworks.
• Own solution delivery from requirements gathering and architecture through testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a relevant combination of a master's, bachelor's, associate's, or high school diploma/GED with the required data scientist experience.
• Strong Python development experience for applications, automation, AI, and analytics.
• Advanced SQL, large-scale data processing, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and data quality monitoring experience.
• Experience developing generative AI and LLM-based applications and working with Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, rapid prototyping, and business problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance technical decisions with business priorities in collaborative environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with RAG, agentic AI, knowledge-driven systems, modern web frameworks, APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Git, CI/CD, testing, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience integrating SAP, manufacturing, quality, clinical, or supply chain platforms.
