FP&A Manager (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, plus equity options

What you will do

• Own and evolve operating models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis for planning cycles.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting while monitoring forecast accuracy.
• Prepare timely, accurate, conclusion-first monthly reporting packages for executives and the board.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance metrics used by leadership.
• Support monthly and quarterly close through variance analysis that identifies trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders, BI, and data engineering to turn questions into actionable answers and automate recurring analysis into scalable systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or equity research.
• End-to-end ownership of financial modeling and forecasting with minimal oversight.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with planning software such as Abacum, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and modern AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Clear, conclusion-first written and executive-level communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with a self-directed, resilient, and results-oriented approach.
