IT Deployment Engineer

Location: Onsite in Fort Smith, Arkansas, with high travel throughout the United States and territories.

Salary: $75,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support IT deployments, workstation setups, equipment distribution, imaging, and local cabling.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and replace hardware, servers, network equipment, mobile devices, and operating system components.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support through ServiceNow, including VPN, Citrix, telework, and tier 2 device support.
• Support network and security operations, application releases, video conferencing, audio/video systems, and enterprise IT activities.
• Manage asset inventory, equipment receiving, relocation requests, disposal preparation, and secure data wiping.
• Analyze recurring user-support problems, report trends, recommend system modifications, and train customer support personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of experience.
• Public Trust clearance is required.
• Ability to perform onsite IT deployment and support duties with extensive travel across the United States and territories.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, networks, user applications, and technical equipment.
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
