What you will do

• Shape the architecture of next-generation server and data center platforms for performance, power efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Partner with silicon design, validation, firmware, software, and systems engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Analyze cloud, AI, enterprise, and high-performance computing workloads to optimize performance per watt and customer value.
• Lead power and performance modeling, architectural tradeoff studies, simulation, and validation.
• Drive power-management and system-optimization technologies across the hardware and software stack.
• Influence architectural decisions, create technical specifications, mentor engineers, and contribute to future server architecture roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field with 9+ years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience analyzing and optimizing complex systems for power, performance, and area constraints.
• Expertise in microarchitecture, performance modeling, power analysis, and hardware/software interaction.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard SoC simulation and validation tools.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical work and communicating architectural decisions across engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or specialized certification in semiconductor design, compute architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership across diverse technical domains.
