Process Engineer IV (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year

What you will do

• Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare technical reports.
• Characterize hardware systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot complex process engineering problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop product documentation, presentations, and internal technical reports.
• Work with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve engineering issues and implement new technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Support junior colleagues and lead project teams when needed.

Requirements

• PhD in a related field with relevant industry experience, or an MS in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to work at the Santa Clara location and travel up to 10% of the time.
