What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and report on complex process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization across advanced manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Measure film properties, interpret data, and prepare technical documentation and presentations.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve engineering concerns and support technology implementation.
• Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and lead project teams when needed.

Requirements

• PhD in a related field with relevant industry experience, or an MS with 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in solving complex problems.
• Ability to work with semiconductor and display manufacturing technologies, data analysis, hardware characterization, and process troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in Santa Clara, California.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
