Supply Chain Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Waltham, MA headquarters; onsite 4 days per week. Travel up to 10–15% for domestic and international supplier and partner visits. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Base pay: $116,479–$146,000 annually.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end supply chain readiness and NPI sourcing from early development through production scale.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Operations, GSMs, and suppliers to align capabilities with program milestones.
• Lead early supplier engagement, component selection, contract execution, and supplier readiness activities.
• Identify and mitigate lead-time, technical readiness, capacity, cost, and geopolitical risks.
• Manage BOM cost targets, cost estimation models, and total cost of ownership across program lifecycles.
• Build and standardize NPI sourcing playbooks, program tracking templates, and milestone-readiness frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain program management focused on new product development.
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or complex electromechanical and robotics environments.
• Strong background in supply chain program management, NPI sourcing, or operations program management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex schedules, and influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with NPI lifecycles, BOM cost tracking, supplier readiness reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or modern project management methodologies.
