IT Program Manager (Data Systems)

Location: Onsite in Lake Mary, Florida, United States; approximately 25% business travel required.

Compensation: $110,000 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate program management activities for Remote Services, simulation products, and Controls and Tuning Service Engineering initiatives.
• Lead engineering and technical experts in creating product and service development roadmaps.
• Coordinate product and service information with Sales and other organizational functions, including tenders, scopes of supply, cost sheets, and bills of materials.
• Create annual CAPEX, OPEX, investment, and R&D budgets and manage budget reallocations.
• Report on portfolio financials and development progress against plan.
• Organize resources, facilitate meetings, support product overview sessions, deliver presentations, and participate in marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical discipline.
• At least five years of related experience in power generation program management and multi-program portfolios is preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Visio, process flowcharts, and ideally SAP.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, computer networking, and cybersecurity topics.
• Strong analytical, written communication, presentation, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States and must not require current or future employer immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
