Senior IT Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream technology initiatives across business and IT portfolios.
• Coordinate enterprise software development and infrastructure deployment programs, including scope, schedules, dependencies, resources, and delivery.
• Prepare and present program updates to executive sponsors, Steering Committees, and IT senior leadership.
• Manage program budgets, resource utilization, capital and operating expenses, and portfolio reporting for programs valued up to $50M.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, procurement workflows, and vendor performance.
• Mentor project managers and improve PMO governance, processes, policies, and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or a recognized equivalent.
• 10+ years of project and program management experience, including team development and PMO operations.
• 7+ years of IT experience across applications, databases, networking, telecommunications, and connectivity.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise application development or infrastructure deployment programs.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with Clarity, Jira, Confluence, enterprise infrastructure platforms, security policies, and compliance procedures.

Nice to have

• At least one year of hands-on experience managing complex Agile projects.
• Experience leading multi-vendor technology transformations in heavily regulated enterprise environments.
