What you will do

• Lead end-to-end requisition management from intake through offer across technical, clinical, data, biometrics, product, and corporate hiring.
• Build employer branding assets, including job postings, careers-site content, and social outreach.
• Develop passive-candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill technical, R&D, product, clinical data, and biometrics roles.
• Advise hiring managers on sourcing strategy, interview design, candidate evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Own hiring scorecards covering time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Embed AI-assisted sourcing, screening, ranking, analytics, and scorecards while ensuring fair, explainable, and compliant decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7–10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 4–5 years owning recruiting processes, tooling, or program strategy in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse is required.
• Experience with AI-driven ATS features, LLM-based sourcing or screening tools, recruiting automation platforms, and predictive hiring analytics.
• Experience with Woven, PI, and other assessment tools, plus knowledge of responsible AI use, fairness, and compliance in hiring.
• Strong recruiting-process design, employer-branding, communication, coaching, and hiring-manager partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technical, data, life sciences, or clinical roles.
• Familiarity with HireVue, Eightfold, SeekOut, or similar recruiting platforms.
