Partner Marketing Lead, Resellers (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; remote-friendly within the US with travel required. Staff are expected to work from an Anthropic office at least 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Set the global marketing strategy, investment priorities, quarterly plans, and annual plans for the Claude Partner Network reseller track.
• Build reseller marketing playbooks, co-marketing standards, joint planning templates, campaign calendars, and tier-advancement programs.
• Source and manage regional agency partners, including scopes, budgets, quality standards, performance reviews, and scalable delivery.
• Manage partner marketing funds, connect funded activities to registered pipeline, and track reseller revenue, campaign ROI, and 30/60/90-day activation results.
• Develop customer stories, certifications, public proof points, announcements, and press materials with Customer Marketing and Communications.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Channel Account Managers, Partner Operations, Customer Marketing, Legal, and Communications to align reseller and direct sales motions.

Requirements

• Experience owning marketing strategy for a partner or channel program, including priorities and investment decisions.
• Experience building co-marketing programs with channel, reseller, or distribution partners and managing MDF, co-op, or similar partner-funded budgets.
• Experience sourcing and managing agencies or contractors across multiple regions and running programs in international markets.
• Understanding of indirect sales motions, partner pipeline development, deal registration, reseller sales, and end-customer marketing.
• Ability to define KPIs, track performance in a CRM or equivalent system, and use results to guide investment decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience; experience level aligned with the internal job level.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of marketing experience with significant partner marketing experience in B2B technology.
• Experience launching or scaling partner programs, including tiers, benefits, and promotion criteria.
• Experience with cloud marketplace reseller motions, partner relationship management tools, Salesforce partner data, or enterprise AI use cases.
• Experience producing partner-led customer stories, localized campaigns, and public announcements.
